Inilah awal yang saya renungkan setelah sekian lama, Semenjak saya bekerja dari tahun 1998 sampai sekarang. Dengan bekerja sebagai operator selama 3 tahun saya pun mulai berpikir bagaimana jika resiko PHK menghampiri saya, bagaimana dengan ijasah smk saya harus bersaing dengan lulusan baru / S1 yang begitu banyak di negeri ini. Tentu saya akan sulit bersaing. Kemudian saya kuliah ditahun 2001 di salah satu universitas swasta di Jakarta so saya kerja sambil kuliah malam. Berat, capek, jenuh, tp ada keasyikan didalamnya banyak kenal teman2 bebagai latar belakang. Intinya selama 4,5 tahun banyak pelajaran yang saya dapat terutama dalam perubahan polapikir.

Masih menjalani hidup sebagai karyawan saya berharap mendapatkan pekerjaan sesuai ijasah S1 saya, tapi kenyataannya keinginan untuk mencari pekerjaan dengan gelar sarjana makin lama makin berkurang, saya ingat dengan visi dan misi rektor sekaligus dosen saya. Dia ingin membuat universitas ini sebagai tempat terciptanya pengusaha / enterpreuner. Ternyata hal itu memacu saya untuk selalu belajar dalam dunia usaha (apapun bilang usahanya yang penting bisa menggaji orang) mungkin terkesan muluk2, tapi toh harus seperti inilah untuk membuat bangsa ini maju dan setara dengan bangsa2 lain.

Dari hal itu saya bertekad harus merubah polapikir dari mental pegawai menjadi mental pengusaha. Banyak buku,majalah kata2 inspirator dan guru2 motivator saya membuat saya berani melihat dunia diluar selain sebagai karyawan. Jadi langkah menjadi seorang karyawan harus dibarengi menjadi pengusaha mungkin itu awal yang saya pilih untuk mewujudkan impian saya menjadi Pengusaha..
